My Favourite City - Augsburg

My favourite city is Augsburg in Germany. I lived there because of my husband's job before I came to London.

Augsburg is in the north of Germany, so it was really freezing in winter. However, you could enjoy the Christmas market which is held in the Christmas season and there are many shops in which you could enjoy delicious, original sausages with hot wine, lovely ornaments and nutcrackers. There is also huge a Christmas tree.

The buildings are made of red bricks and the road is made of stones. Trams travel on the roads. These are stunning, picturesque and make you nostalgic. You can hear beautiful bells ring from somewhere.

Augsburg is quite a small city and safe area. I wasn't afraid of going out by myself because people were very kind.

The best thing of all, is that the original beers are amazing, I love having a drink with ham, leberkase, salami or sausages.

My favourite beers are "Radrer" which is mix of beer and lemonade, and "Wizen" which is called white beer.

I really recommend going to Augsburg!
