Jimena from Spain :)

My name is Jimena. I'm 18 years old and now I live in Golders Green because when I finished my high school in June, I didn't know what study at university. For this reason, I decided to start this new adventure. A GAP year to think about my future and also learn English.

I'm from Llanes, Asturias, a little village on the north coast of Spain. It's a beautiful place near the mountains and the sea. In Spain, I live with my father and my mother in a beautiful house in the country. We have a lot of animals like dogs, cows, sheep and horses. I don't have any brothers or sisters but I have a lot of cousins and very good friends.

I love sport; every day I do exercise. I play the piano and the bag pipes because I love music and I'm always listening to music. Also, I like traveling, meeting friends and getting to know new people.

For this reason, I hope that this year in Golders Green College, I will meet new friends, do different activities and also learn a lot of English for my next year at university and in my future life😊
