Dinner Guests in Japan!

If a visitor to my country is going to have dinner at someone’s house:

You should take your shoes off before you come into my house.This is traditional Japanese style.

In Japan you should use chopsticks when you have dinner but it depends on the dinner.

In Japan you should say ‘itadakimasu’ before you start to eat.

‘itadakimasu’ means thank you for the ingredients.

In Japan you should say ‘gochisousamadesita’ after you finish eating

‘gochisousamadesita’ means thank you for cooking for me.
