Going to Dinner in Italy!

If you are invited to dinner in Italy.....

-You should arrive on time for the dinner or lunch

-You should introduce yourself if you are meeting a new person for the first time and you should also greet the rest of the guests

-You should take a good present for the host/hostess like a bottle of wine, a cake, or some items for the house

-You should wait for the host/hostess to start eating first

-You shouldn't be in a rush because usually Italian people spend a lot of time speaking after lunch or dinner

-You should talk about different topics like places, family, leisure time, etc..
