Portuguese Stone Soup! đ˛đ

I'm Admaier and today Iâm going to explain about my favourite food. " Soup of the stone"
It's a very rich and popular food in Portugal.
How do you prepare it?
First off all, we need some ingredients:
- water
- red beans
- ear of pork
- beef chorizo
- blood sausage (black pudding)
- lard
- onions
- garlic cloves
- potatoes
- coriander sauce
- Salt
Preparation:
Put the beans to soak from one day to the next day. On the day before, scald and scrape the pig's ear so it's clean. On the same day, allow the beans to boil in water, along with the ear, the sausages, the bacon, the onions, the garlic cloves and the laurel. Season with salt and pepper. Add more water if necessary.
When the steaks and sausages are cooked, take them out of the heat and cut into pieces. Add the potatoes to the pan, cut into cubes and add the coriander finely chopped. Simmer until the potatoes are cooked. Remove the pan from the heat and insert the previously cut meat.
At the bottom of the terrine where the soup will be served, place a well washed stone.
The meal is ready!
