Advice When Swimming in the sea....
Fortunately, the world has an immense universe of amazing beaches. When you encounter a paradisiacal island, the temptation to dive in and start swimming like a dolphin in the depths of the sea is inevitable. However, sudden weather changes or sea waves can sometimes be unexpected enemies; and as the saying goes, "it is better to prevent than to regret". So take into account some of the following tips:
Check the weather or state of the sea.
Try to swim in company, it is preferable to do it accompanied by others. In the case of having no choice but to do it alone, it is necessary to take even more precautions.
Use a safety buoy to be seen by boats or be able to grab one if you need to be rescued.
Use the appropriate sun protection given the long exposure to which we submit during our swimming sessions.
Use some additional measures to attract attention in case of danger such as a whistle or even carry your mobile in a waterproof buoy.
Never move too far away from the seashore, so you can control your swim.
Prepare your diving equipment, make sure everything has been checked and is working.
