A Russian Fable - The Swan, The Pike & The Crawfish

One day, a swan, a crawfish and a pike decided to pull a loaded cart. They got a harness and tried hard to pull it, but surprisingly it didn't move. The swan flew high up, the crawfish moved backwards and the pike swam forwards. They tried as hard as they could, but nothing happened.

The moral of the story is, when you are doing something together it's not enough to want to do it, you need to agree on both the way and the destination.
