It’s hard though as I’ve had no energy for one month! But I have seen very good results.
Finally, going to the gym every day is very hard. I can’t walk like a normal person! This is so funny. But you can go 5 Days a week. In the beginning I asked myself why I was wasting 2 hours a day for nothing! But after I saw the results I started to love going to the gym. My family helped me a lot and they give me lots of motivation.
All in all, I would say if you live with your mother you have to say to her, “If you love me, stop cooking for me. Mothers usually cook lots of food for us. Don’t allow anyone to let you down!
